1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, promotional sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

If shipping is unavailable for your location, we will contact you and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Kerala: 2–5 business days
South India: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Any offers for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) to track your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID and clear photos of the package and product.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
